Rapsinki Lab
This project was for a lab that's a part of Pittsburgh University. The lab specializes in lung bacteria and cells. It was requested that I capture the separate ideas like: the bacteria he works with (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) which in the examples I was shown is generally rod-shaped, and has a habit of clumping together, airway epithelial cells (specifically ciliated cells) which are represented as cylindrical with hair like strands coming from the top, and the DNA helix. Having them all in their own squares gives you flexibility in how the different parts of the logo can be shown.
